Learn what social skills are and how they work in relationship management through influence, persuasion, rapport and empathy.

Discover strategies to develop your resilience through flexible thinking and mindfulness. Several resilience techniques will be introduced through key tools and strategies that can be quickly implemented to increase one’s resilience levels. These skills and tools learned in this workshop will help to develop one’s mindset further to improve decision making, relationships and overall wellbeing.

By the end of this Masterclass, you'll have a deeper insight into your own level of Emotional Intelligence and how that influences how you interact with others. You will also walk away with key strategies to grow resilience in both your personal and professional life.

This Masterclass delivery will utilize a variety of mediums to maximize retention of the concepts introduced in a way that is cognizant of diverse learning capabilities and styles. The session will utilize visual tools, group activities, self-led exercises, classroom discussions and quizzes throughout our delivery.
